Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of nolanontherun.com (the “Site”) and to any purchase you make from it.

The Site is operated by Nolan On The Run LTD, trading as Nolan On The Run (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What we sell

We sell digital video color-grading products, including the On The Run PowerGrade (for DaVinci Resolve) and LUT packs (the “Products”).

Products are digital files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in euros (EUR).
• Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated and added at checkout based on your country, where required.
• Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email and a download link.
• We may cancel an order and refund you in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud.
• Discount codes are valid only as stated, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn for future orders at any time.

Delivery

After payment you receive the Product by email and/or a download link.

If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email us.

Download links may expire or be limited in number. Please keep a copy of your files.

Your license

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.

• Use the Product in your own video projects, including commercial and client work.
• Use it on your own devices.

• Resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the Product or any part of it, modified or not.
• Include the Product in any competing product, template, preset pack, course or bundle.
• Claim the Product as your own creation.

Breaking this section ends your license immediately.

We keep all ownership of the Products. You are buying a license, not the copyright.

No refunds

By completing your purchase you confirm that:

• you ask for immediate delivery of the digital content; and
• you understand that you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation once delivery begins, as allowed by law.

This does not affect your legal rights.

If a Product is faulty, corrupt, or not as described, contact us within 30 days at nolanontherun@gmail.com with your order number, and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including EU and UK consumer rules and the Australian Consumer Law.

Compatibility and results

The Products are made for DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and other editing apps that support LUTs, as described on each product page.

Software changes, so we can’t guarantee compatibility with every version or app.

Results depend on your footage, exposure, camera settings and editing, and we don’t guarantee a particular look.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos and the Products, belongs to us or is used with permission and is protected by law.

You may not copy or reuse it without written permission, except as these Terms allow.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Site illegally, try to hack or disrupt it, scrape it automatically, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.

Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the Products will meet your specific needs.

Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost projects.

Our total liability for any claim about a Product is limited to the price you paid for that Product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies and similar tools, including a Meta pixel, for measurement and advertising, as described there.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date posted and to purchases made after that date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, and the courts of Seychelles have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
